Learn to prepare icing, coloring techniques and fill a piping bag. Next, we'll level, torte, fill and ice a cake. We will also work with textures and two basic icing tips. Class includes cake, icing, use of supplies and apron. $55.00. Registration due: 1/10/26 by 6pm.

Learn Borders: stars, shells, rosettes, zig zags. Drop flowers: star, swirled and leaves. Round Tip: vines, stems, string work and writing. Ruffles, Bows. Class Includes practice sheets and board, icing, use of supplies and apron. $55. Registration due: 1/17/26 by 6pm.
