You'll prepare icing, fill a piping bag & tint icing. Learn to level, torte, fill, stack, ice and create a cake design using a variety of piping, writing and floral techniques. Class includes, cake, icing, board, use of supplies and a box to carry your cake home. (Register by 11/21)
